The Arts Centre Cootamundra (TACC) offers 4 amazing spaces which are available for hire.

Our spaces are perfect for exhibitions, meetings, dinners, performances, art workshops, forums, presentations, music, dance and much more.

The Tin Shed Theatre

The Tin Shed Theatre is the flagship venue of TACC. With state-of-the-art lighting, sound system and cinema screen, this space is sure to impress. The stage has a performance space of approximately 8m2 and a sprung-wood style dance floor accredited to Australian Ballet standards. The black box space sits above the fixed rake-style seating which can accommodate up to 122 people. This amazing space can host world class performances, presentations, forums, recitals, concerts and more. We even use the space to screen recent release movies.

The Dressing Room - No theatre would be complete without a Dressing Room. TACC’s large Dressing Room features lots of space, private change rooms, plenty of lights and large mirrors, private bathroom including shower, couches and a small kitchen.

The Exhibition Room

TACC’s Exhibition Room is a unique space with professional lighting, high ceilings and plenty of display options perfect for large or small artworks, sculpture, fabrics, photography and a wide range of other mediums. The Exhibition Room is adjacent to TACC’s commercial kitchen and also features a bar which means it is perfect for launches, opening nights, dinners, cocktail parties, conferences, small performances and more. The Visual Arts Studio

TACC’s Visual Arts Studio is a fantastic space to get your hands dirty! Featuring large, high tables with seating, plenty of light, easels, and even an amazing printing press! This space is perfect for group classes or workshops, groups of friends wanting space to work together or even the solo artist looking for a private creative space. The Meeting Room

TACC’s character filled Meeting Room is perfect for small groups of 15 to 20 people. It features plenty of room, a screen for projections, several power points and lots of natural light. This space is perfect for meetings but can also be used for craft workshops for instance quilting, spinning, knitting and more. Contact our Office Coordinator for more information.
