Annual General Meeting 2020

Did you know TACC is a volunteer driven arts facility with local volunteers setting the direction of the annual TACC program of activities. Whether your interest is in art, craft, events, workshops or performance, everyone is welcome and encouraged to get involved.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the The Arts Centre Cootamundra (TACC) will be held on Thursday 16th July 2020 from 6pm at 18-20 Wallendoon Street, Cootamundra NSW 2590.  A light supper will be available at the conclusion of the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The AGM is the perfect opportunity to get involved, ask questions and discuss your ideas. You may even like to take on a position of interest on the Committee. For more details about how to get involved please phone 02 6942 4773 or email info@theartscentrecootamundra.org.au

COVID-19 and Social Distancing - When attending an activity at TACC, you will be asked to follow a few new rules to ensure you and other visitors stay safe. Mostly common sense and routines we have become used to over the past months. The group Facilitators will be there to ensure rules are followed.

• Each room has been set up with social distancing in mind. Each participant is asked
  to observe social distancing regulations when in the room.

• You will be asked to complete the ‘sign in’ sheet on arrival, including your phone
  number.

• You will be asked to sanitize your hands on arrival and departure, and we ask that
  you try to touch as few surfaces as possible.

• Please bring your own water bottle.

• If you are wanting tea or coffee, please bring your own mug and teaspoon. Each regular group will be given a special box with tea and coffee making items, excluding milk.

• Please only use the internal ‘Green Box’ toilet. The external toilet block is still
  closed.
